What does lot rent cost at Redfield Court?

Is there an opening?
Not right now. Redfield Court is full and keeps a waitlist. When a home or home site opens, George reaches out to people on the list. You can also pick Shafer Terrace or either community on the same form. Joining isn't an application.
Can I buy a home that is already at Redfield Court?
When a resident sells, yes. You need two approvals: the community's, to live here, and a lender's if you aren't paying cash. Minnesota law says the sale isn't final until the community approves the buyer as a resident. How buying a home here works.
Who can live at Redfield Court?
It is open to residents of all ages. Every applicant is reviewed under the same written screening criteria, which come with the residency application.
Can I have a dog or a cat?
